The Bayer Cares Foundation helps to improve living conditions in the communities surrounding the Bayer sites through volunteer work and supports innovative and non-profite social projects with the Aspirin Social Award. The foundation also supports attractive sports projects involving people with disabilities and provides aid in the event of a disaster.
